Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHP)

A combined heat and power (CHP) plant is a facility for the simultaneous generation of electricity and heat, usually powered by natural gas or other fuels. In surface technology, a CHP plant supplies process heat for baths and dryers and improves the overall system's energy efficiency through cogeneration.
