Liquid creepage at metal-plastic joints

Liquid creepage (underfilm creep) describes liquids penetrating along the interface between metal and plastic in hybrid components. It can cause loss of adhesion, blistering or delamination, which is why surface pretreatment and bonding agents are critical.
